to the festival you wish to enter.
- Note: It is the responsibility of the entrant to check with the festival they entering to ensure they are using the appropriate entry form.
- Provincial Finals/Provincial Level of National Competitions please print and complete the form, mail the completed form along with entry fee to the Saskatchewan Music Festival:
